Water

Water is a good drink you can become very healthy by drinking water. But you can also become very sick by drinking water. Somewhere in Mexico there is a river and if you are from a different country than Mexico you could become very sick. People should have 8 cups of water everyday to be healthy. People who play sports almost always have water to rehydrate them selves also they get served by water boys . A bad thing that can come from drinking to much water is getting cramps ,cramps can affect how much you run. That is all I know about water.
