Zach Van Buskirk is Funny because he is always telling me these weird jokes that sometimes don't make any sense. He is also Blond because that is the Color of his hair. Zach is also a Fan of every team in Pennsylvania like the Phillies, Steelers, and the Penguins. He is also very intelligent in all of the subjects.
Zach is also a very good impersonator of Dr. Feel better.

Daniel Becker is funny because he always is saying stuff that no one knows that is creepy and cool. He is also smart in all of the subjects just like Zach. Daniel is also a blond because he has blond hair. Daniel is also very creative because he is always coloring or making something with paper. Daniel is also very fun because of all the things we played when I went to his house.

Sam Queen is funny because of all the weird things he says. He also has blond hair like everyone else. Sam is athletic because he plays baseball and basketball. Sam is also fun because of all the stuff we do at his house like play Wii. Sam is also very reasonable because me and Zach are discussing who has better hair Tom Brady or Troy Polamalu and Sam agrees with me that Tom Brady does.

Tom Brady is a stylish person with his great new hair do. He is also very athletic because he is a pro football player and to be a football player you have to be able to be very very athletic. Tom Brady is also the quarter back for the New England Patriots. Tom Brady is also fast just like ever body else that plays football. Tom is obviously a passer because he is a quarter back but Tom does his job very good.

Rickie Weeks is also stylish because of his hair he has a short dread lock look. Rickie Weeks is also very athletic even more athletic than Tom. Rickie has to field, run and hit. The position that Rickie plays is second base for the Milwaukee Brewers. Rickie is also very powerful because as a leadoff hitter he hit over 25 home runs over the season.

Good Hair

In the NFL a lot of players have good hair but there are a few players who have great hair. Like for example Tom Brady ( Quarterback for the Patriots)has an older Justin Beiber like hair where it is long and stylish. Also Troy Polamalu (safety for the Steelers) has curly long black hair that makes him look like he is a monster. Also he was in a commercial for a shampoo that makes his hair thicker. He must really have good hair. Not all Football players have good hair for example Tim Lincecum (starting pitcher for the Giants)has great hair it is long and it knows where to go. But we know for sure that Rickie Weeks (second basemen for the Brewers) has the best hair of all time. He has short dreads in a pony tail and when I saw him at a baseball game he scared me because of his crazy good hair.

Literary Analysis

What would it be like to have a nanny that has magical abilities? Well in the movie that I watched “Mary Poppins” by P.L. Travers Mary Poppins is able to snap her fingers and she’ll be in a cartoon drawing drew on the street by a chimney sweep. To me Mary Poppins the movie is a romantic mode of literature.

Mary Poppins is a romantic mode of literature to me and I can defend it. Some of the characteristics of a romantic mode of literature is the main character is in control and throughout the movie the main character Mary Poppins was able to control everything from hopping into pictures to winning a horse race with a merry go round horse. Also another characteristic is that the story is a Fantasy vision and for the kids it is. The met a man who when he laughed he rose in the air and they also got served by a team of penguins.

In the first paragraph I talked about the characteristics of Mary Poppins. In this paragraph I’ll tell you about how the story fit the plot line. In the romantic plot line it starts out with a minor conflict like when the kids cannot find a nanny. Then the next thing on the plot line would be life symbolism. In Mary Poppins that would be when the children find and hire Mary Poppins to be there nanny. Eventually the kids like Mary and their father sees that and he agrees on hiring Mary as the full time nanny.

Although the plot line is a major part of the analysis of the story there is another big part. Symbolism is that other big part, symbolism is understanding what you read and grouping it together. For example spring is symbolism for romance and in Mary Poppins it was around spring time. Also symbolism for a house in the romance mode of literature is luxurious and overly and the house that the banks lived in was very luxurious and very big so that would fit the symbolism.
Although I found different things in Mary Poppins than someone else could have. I still think that Mary Poppins is a romantic mode of literature. People might think it was a comedy because of the funniness but it is a romance. That is what I found out about the movie “Mary Poppins”.

Tim Lincecum

Tim Lincecum is Zach's and my favorite pitcher in baseball. He has crazy long hair and it curls around in the back of his head. Tim plays for the San Francisco Giants. Tim is number 55 and he also is very short he is only about 5'11''. Tim lifetime ERA is 3.04 which is really good. Also Tim has struck out 907 people in his 4 seasons in baseball. Also Tim is an owner of the NL Cy Young awards he won them in 2008 and 2009.Tim was drafted in the 1st round of the 2006 draft. Tim is a very good pitcher for the Giants and this year he lead the Giants to winning the World Series. Also there is a kid in our school who Zach thinks looks a lot like Tim Lincecum.

Water

Water is a good drink you can become very healthy by drinking water. But you can also become very sick by drinking water. Somewhere in Mexico there is a river and if you are from a different country than Mexico you could become very sick. People should have 8 cups of water everyday to be healthy. People who play sports almost always have water to rehydrate them selves also they get served by water boys . A bad thing that can come from drinking to much water is getting cramps ,cramps can affect how much you run. That is all I know about water.

Lottery Ticket

It was a windy day when the man crossed the road to the bus station. As he was walking on the driver asked for a dollar he didn't have any. The bus driver told him to "beat it and get off my bus". It was a long and cold walk home for Rich he lived at 1060 Evergreen St. in southern Illinois. When he eventually got to his house the sun had disappeared and it had gotten colder. He walked in and he was welcomed by silence. He had left the T.V. on and there on the T.V. screen was the most important news of his life. He had been the winner of the lottery $100,000,000 as soon as he figured that out he got a envelope and mailed his lottery ticket away for his money. Then a week later he had been rewarded with a check for $95,000,000 apparently the other money had been donated to the government. Rich was furious he didn't want that $5 million dollars to go to the government. He sent a compliant form to the lottery office and demanded the money back a few weeks later he had been mailed back his letter with the $5 million back and now he would have the rest of his life to spend it as he pleased.

Also the garbage men don't look the happiest when they pick up the garbage even though it might not be the best job. The garbage men also get to ride the cool three wheel garbage trucks even though it might smell in there they still look pretty cool. Garbage men also get to where the reflector shirts even though they usually don't pick up trash at night.

Past Journal

Garbage I throw a lot of things in the garbage like my food wrappers and junk. I don't take out the garbage because I am usually getting ready for school. But when I get home from school I take in the garbage cans . Usually there is something still left in the garbage can that the garbage men didn't get. When I see the garbage men throw the garbage in their truck they usually don't have a different bin for the trash and plastic bottles.

Magic

The Phillies made the playoffs this year. But to me they somehow cheated. I knew something was going wrong when Roy Halladay threw that perfect game, that is when I knew the Phillies where able to use magic. I am also able to use magic so I played the Roy Halladay game on my T.V. that is magic. It turns out I was right the fielders where able to make the ball go to their glove and the pitcher was able to throw fast balls that moved in and out. Well to you guys the Phillies look like they are not using magic but I got this letter from this guy named Carroll saying that the Phillies cheat all the time. In his letter he said he even saw one of the players put glue in the other teams gloves. The Phillies should be eliminated from the playoffs and I will do that by making the Phillies age fast. Oh yeah I don’t have to do that they are already very old. THE END

Super Pants
It was a dark day in Pantsburgh no one was out. It was the duty of Pants man was to make sure that no one would cause crime. So instead of him letting people outside he made it a law that people had to stay in their homes. No one in Pantsburgh liked that law so they each called the evil scientist Dr. Carroll. The evil scientist plan was to make exploding pants. Everyone knew that Pants man could not resist a new pair of pants. So the evil scientist Dr. Carroll created the exploding pants and then he gave them as a gift to Pants man. He was right Pants man put them on right away. Then right at that very second Ka Boom the house next door blew up and Pants man was still their. Dr. Carroll was wondering how that happened. Little did Dr. Carroll that Pants man had super agility and that he planted the pants in the houses living room. Then Pants man came up with a new law. The next day everyone was able to come out of their houses but instead of playing they were ordered to throw tomatoes at Dr. Carroll

Patriotism

In the middle of the 20th century patriotism was popular. Everyone wanted to take part in supporting the country then. But now everyone is becoming less and less supportive of the country. Patriotism is important to the country, everyone should take part in supporting the country they call their home.
When a person says supporting your country many people would think of the military. While the military plays a big role in support and patriotism it is not the only supporter. The people that live, work, and breathe in the U.S. play another big role in supporting and patriotism for the country. They are the ones who donate money and giving First Aid kits. Without the supporters the military would be no were.
Supporters in the U.S. are important. All the holidays that we celebrate are all fun. The best one is the Fourth of July. The other holidays are fun too but Fourth of July is the best everyone gets to share the beginning of the country no matter who you are. Everyone in the U.S. celebrates the Fourth of July. Almost everyone that lives in Pewaukee goes to the beach to see the annual fireworks. The people of Pewaukee are all good supporters of veterans and soldiers that is why I like to live in Pewaukee. Pewaukee Schools always have veterans come and talk about what it was like to have survived for their country. Some of the Veterans were even related to some of the teachers that work there.
Although the holidays are all important we should still be patriotic and give thanks to the soldiers. The soldiers that are in the military should always give thanks to the people that support them. Also everyone that is living here right now should never stop thanking the soldiers. They risked their life to fight for the freedom of every citizen of the U.S. The people that are not able to fight for their country should give thanks to every single soldier that they know because the country would still have kings and Queens without the military.
Everyone should be patriotic and support their country through times of need. We should all be able to give back to veteran for the risking of their live just so we are able to live. That is why patriotism is still important to the country and to the soldiers in the military.
